Fernando’s journey began in the early 2000’s when he left his home town of Campo Grande, MS, in Brazil, to chase the American Dream. Choosing Boston as his home, he started a small home remodeling company and after years of dedication, excellent craftsmanship and satisfied clients, he grew his reputation and also his business.
Today, Fernando operates in multiple areas of luxury real estate development and construction. As the sole founder of F Kempes GC, and co-founder of Bold Thirty Three Development, Fernando has not only renovated clients’ homes, but has constructed luxury residences from the ground up in Greater Boston and Florida.
Led by integrity, expertise and professionalism, he continues to impress his clients with his commitment, meticulous attention to detail and approach to his craft.
He’s also a proud father of 2 and resides in Melrose, MA.
